You’ll need…
4 cups of puffed brown rice or puffed quinoa
1 cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Oil (melted)
2 cups The Wholefood Pantry Desiccated Coconut
1/3 cup Berry Choc Chunk
1/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Chia Seeds
3/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
Then…
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pop into a slice tray lined with baking paper
Press down firmly – but try and keep the slice about 2-3cm thick.
Put in the fridge until firm – about 2 hours.
Slice into bars and store into the fridge until serving.
NOTE: slice will melt at room temp (over 24 degrees) so keep refrigerated.
